Yes, Camping Parc d’Audinac les Bains has been designed to welcome people with reduced mobility. We offer a PRM mobile home equipped with a wheelchair-accessible ramp. In addition, there are pitches near the sanitary facilities, with 2 adapted shower cabins, 2 toilets, and a dishwashing sink. The reception, bar, and terrace are also designed to be easily accessible.
Should I book the mobile home for people with reduced mobility (PRM) in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking the PRM mobile home in advance to ensure its availability, especially during the high season.

"Are pets allowed?"
“Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome. We accept dogs (except for 1st and 2nd category dogs) as long as they are kept on a leash and respect the camping’s rules of cleanliness and tranquility:
- 2 maximum per pitch,
- 1 maximum per rental unit, except in the premium chalet, the premium mobile home, the Moréa chalets, the bivouac tents, and the bubble.
- Cats are not allowed in our rentals. The pet’s vaccination record must be up to date. For any other questions about other types of animals, please contact us by email at campingaudinac@gmail.com or by phone at 05.61.66.44.50.”

Yes, Wi-Fi is available for free at the reception, and paid access is offered throughout the campsite.

In Montjoie, follow signs for the camping.
From Tarbes (125 km – approximately 1h50) :
Take the A64 towards Toulouse.

Take a regional bus (Line 943) to Saint-Girons (about 2h).
In Saint-Girons, a taxi or carpooling is needed for the last 4 km to the camping.
From Foix :
Take a bus to Saint-Girons, then a taxi to the camping.

From Boussens Station (40 km, 2h30) :
Take the greenway to Saint Girons (about 2h), then 20 to 30 minutes to the camping.
From Saint-Girons (4 km) :
Exit east on D117 towards Foix, then take D627 towards Sainte Croix Volvestre to Audinac les Bains.
The route is short and pleasant, but be cautious of traffic during peak season.
From Foix Station (42.5 km, 2h30) :
Follow the greenway to avoid main roads. At Lescure, leave the greenway to join the camping (use Google Maps for directions). The route is pleasant, but be aware of traffic on the RD117 for about 200 meters, especially in summer.

What are the payment methods?
The easiest payment method is by credit card on our website (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, and Américan Express). Credit card payments are secure.
Other available payment methods are: bank transfer, bank check.
However, 15 days before arrival, only credit card payments and bank tranfer are possible.
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. You can pay the remaining balance later. The balance is due no later than 15 days before the start of your stay.
When will my deposit be charged?
If you have chosen payment by credit card, Camping Parc d’Audinac les Bains will charge your bank account a 30% deposit at the time of booking confirmation, usually within 72 hours of your reservation request.
When and how should I pay the balance of my stay?
When?
The balance of your stay must be paid 15 days before your arrival at the campsite.
How?
In the confirmation email of your stay, click on “view my reservation details.” Alternatively, contact us by email at campingaudinac@gmail.com, and we will send you a link.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required based on the type of accommodation booked:
- €60 for accommodations without sanitation,
- €100 for accommodations with sanitation,
- €200 for premium accommodations.
This deposit may be withheld if cleaning has not been done or in case of minor damages. In the event of major damages, repairs will be charged based on an estimate.
When is it paid?
8 days before your arrival, you will automatically receive an email with a link to pay the deposit online via our partner Swikly. This method ensures that the amount does not affect your credit card limit.
However, if you did not make this payment online through Swikly’s portal, the deposit will be taken upon your arrival via a bank imprint, which will impact your credit card limit as the amount will be blocked on your card.
- Bank checks are not accepted as a deposit.
Cancellations
Can we subscribe to a cancellation insurance?
Yes, cancellation insurance can be taken out at the time of booking, before paying the deposit; it represents 4% of the accommodation rate or the pitch package (excluding supplements).
A refund of the deposit paid following a cancellation may be possible through the cancellation insurance offered by Camping Parc d’Audinac les Bains, without justification, up to 8 days before the arrival date (the amount of the cancellation insurance will be deducted). Please refer to our cancellation insurance terms and conditions.
Please note: it is not possible to subscribe to or cancel the cancellation insurance after your reservation has been confirmed.
Without cancellation insurance, am I refunded in case of cancellation?
No, no refund can be made without having taken the cancellation insurance in advance.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You just need to send an email to campingaudinac@gmail.com specifying your cancellation request along with your customer reference and the dates of your stay.
If your cancellation request is made more than 8 days before your arrival date, you will be refunded the amount of the deposit (after deducting the cancellation insurance fee).
👉 If you have not taken the cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible.
